+How long will photographing the home take?

We generally allow 1 hour for taking photographs. Larger homes can take 1.5 to 2 hours. 

+Can I get my photographs the same day?

Yes. A rush service is available for a $60 fee and should be scheduled in advance so we can make arrangements to send your photos.

+When will I receive my photographs?

Photographs are delivered within 24 hours.

+Can I cancel or postpone my appointment?

Yes. We understand the delays inherent in preparing a home for sale and will try to accommodate your changes as best we can. There is no charge for cancellations or postponements if we are provided a minimum of 24 hours notice. A $50 fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given and a $100 fee is charged if the photographer is in route or has arrived to the appointment.

+Who owns the rights to the photographs?

Bryce G Photography owns all rights to the photographs and you are paying to license them to market the property for the life of your listing. Photographs cannot be transferred to another agent if your listing is withdrawn or expired. Common areas and general neighborhood photos cannot be used for future listings but can be re-photographed for each new listing from Bryce G Photography for a nominal fee.

+How can I get an appointment?

The best way to insure we get to your listing quickly is to contact us 2-3 business days in advance prior to putting the listing live on the MLS.
